  • WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours as soon as you have your rental agreement and have made payment.

  • HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE I MOVE OUT?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out. If you pay on time ( easier with automatic credit card payments ) and give 30 day notice, we will refund prorated rent for the remainder of the month after you move out.

  • WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO RENT A SPACE?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and a valid credit card.

  • DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

    You can pay in-person by check or credit card, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website, or just give us a call. Don't forget our $25 referral fee.

    Our office is open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Don't forget our $25 referral fee.

  • DO YOU SELL BOXES AND STORAGE SUPPLIES?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE I WILL NEED?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. When the manager is unavailable by phone, our after hours call center can help you reserve a unit or pay your bill. Don't forget our $25 referral fee.

  • ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO STORE?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • DOES THERE HAVE TO BE SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE TO LET ME THROUGH THE SECURITY GATES?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours. Ask about our optional app that lets you access and monitor when someone is using your code.

  • DO YOU HAVE HANDCARTS AND DOLLIES AVAILABLE AT YOUR FACILITY?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in. We also offer the use of our moving truck on select units. Ask about availability and conditions.
